At its core, I see my role as one of financial problem-solving. I work with clients to provide personally tailored wealth management solutions that reflect what’s most important to them. Coupling this with a focus on maintaining a long-term relationship, I look to be a source of trusted advice for my clients for many years to come.
After graduating in Economics & Management Studies from the University of Cambridge in 2007, I completed six successful years in European Equities Sales at Morgan Stanley rising to the position of Vice President after consecutive early promotions. In 2013, I made the decision to take my career in a different direction and join the world of Private Wealth Management. After extensive research, I chose to become a Partner Practice of what I truly believe to be the highest quality offering in the industry – St. James's Place.
Having initially operated as a sole trader, I subsequently set up as a partnership with my wife, Clare, a Pensions Lawyer, and I now act as the Principal Adviser of Pollard Wealth Management. I am fully qualified in the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with expertise across the complete spectrum of wealth management services, encompassing areas such as retirement, investment, protection and tax planning, including Inheritance Tax. As part of the St. James's Place Group, I also enjoy close links with other Partner Practices and carefully selected third-party providers who offer exemplary service across many other areas, such as Mortgages, Specialist Insurance and Corporate Financial Planning – a genuinely holistic offering.
Outside of working life, I enjoy spending time with my young family, socialising with friends, playing golf and cricket and generally keeping fit.
